This 2nd Annual Impact Assessment Report details the results of the second year of a comprehensive impact assessment of the IRfJ project.
The purpose of the assessment, which was undertaken on June 1st, 2009, is twofold. First, the evaluation has the purpose of studying the project’s impact on target populations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the Central African Republic (CAR), as well as at the international level. The second component of the assessment, implemented in the second year, is the improvement of the project’s impact on the target populations, drawing on the lessons learned during the first year of analysis. This second annual report outlines lessons learned, recommendations made and the interactive process of implementing recommendations, and finally an analysis of the results of that implementation.
