Richard Pituwa moderates between the President of the High First Instance Court in Bunia, Eli Sindani, the Chief Prosecutor for Ituri,Chris Aberi Mwanangabo and Mr. Alpha Fall, head of the Kinshasa office for the International Center for Transitional Justice.   The three legal authorities discuss the transition from Customary to State justice in two Ituri towns where new Tribunaux du Paix have been established.
